  Markenstein was first given life around 1980 in a small dairy town in Wisconsin. His creator, Marky Mark, really never had any friends growing up so he decided to take a page out of the Shelley novel Frankenstein and build his own. However right before Markenstein was finished, Marky Mark met the Funky Bunch and the rest is pop music history. Marky Mark disposed of his lifeless Markenstein creation in a nearby field. The Markenstein lay there lifeless for years until one day it was discovered by a demon on vacation at the Wisconsin Dells. The demon took the Markenstein back to Hell with him where he finished the job and brought the Markenstein to life. The demon wanted to release the Markenstein back on Earth so it could rein terror but wasn't allowed cause he hadn't cleaned his cave when he was told to.
